I have the CE edition of the game. I want to enable my ce content but need the latest version, ie the 1.3 patch, but to install it i need a serial number and i can't any other than the one that starts GC2. Can anybody tell me where i might be able to find the other one(28 no. + letters), before i conntact stardock?

Mind you there is a United planets thingy that says that allied races gain the same benefits from thier allies starbase's. The chances of that coming up are quite slim though. Otherwise i agree.
