hi, is there any chance of putting in a dynamic neutra zone, as i can't play this game because even my allied players keep building starbases in my sectors, and above my planets, this in my eyes would be considered a act of war, it would be a bit like United Kingdom parking a battlecruiser directly of USA coastal line with out permission, this act alone could possibly be interpreted as a act of war, because i like time to build up my forfces, but within 4-8 turns i
