Actually spelt "does". :P But speaking on topic, consoles always have more sales than PCs, even RTS/TBS games. If, while you make the game for the consoles you made sure that the updates would be portable. For people with TA on the PC it would be an easy way for you guys to support it further.

Woo, all my qualms about how much this patch will actually do have been satisfied. The only problem left with the game is coming up with some compromise code for the tech inflation. Definitely better without it at the moment though.

Was just about to ask for a Stardock representative to give us an official response to these problems. Unfortunately for me a representative got there a day before. Bravo.

As it is it's very fun, plus they will keep on supporting it for ages. So go and buy it already!

Anyway, I'm always angry at companies, like EA, that don't support there products as they have plenty of people to do it (often over 40), if you honestly want stardock to completely stop work on the next game then I'd expect you to pay money for that work. What? Because they decide to release a patch for a game that tweaks it slightly to make the end-game smoother you deside that it's the end of the world and star-dock is to blame. The "bug" is not a game breaker in any scene of the word. Well, you can come across as aggressive. But every time you do you seem to justify it so whatever. Honestly I have known many worse people then you in power over forums and such. Your not a bad guy, your just not subtle.

Later on it would be nice if you could give us a list of the things you will "try" to work on. Make sure you point out that not everything asked will be possible and that you can't do everything. I can only imagine the flaming otherwise...

The only thing I want (and am sure all other wide screen monitor users also want) is for the videos to be scaled correctly. This includes the start-up video, the animated diplomacy picture and anything else you know you have a video for, e.g. tutorials. Thanks for continuing the support!

It needs video scaling. I wish I had said it before so it could have been implemented when the whole team was working on it. Without scaling all videos become stretched when on a wide-screen monitor. This includes both movies and race animations. Please sign this thread with a "/signed" to show your support and so all people with wide-screen monitors need not suffer. :SNIFF!:

Actualy, if you start developing games away from the RTS and TBS genre. then i wouldn't respect any of you on a busness level if you didn't even try to tap into the console market.

I don't think he was saying you should give up due to companies like steam (steam is definitely the best example btw), but that you could offer them use of yours or work out a deal as the more games you posses the more likely people will want to download and for the developers to be in your aplication.
