Actually saving the game, exiting the program and reloading worked just fine (lol.. ."reboot" worked). I agree it looks like a memory issue. But my computer should be able to handle it (AMD 4000+ w/ 2.5 gig ram). Hmm.. weird. Hasn't happened since. But good ideas in case it does. Thanks

I have a medium size universe w/ 4 AI opponents. The game started off just fine but about 30 minutes into it, it now takes 5-10 minutes... that's FIVE TO TEN MINUTES after I click end turn to get back to where I can do something. It's driving me absolutly insane! Is there some option or setting I can change to get this time down to something resonable? Thank you
