What EXACTLY do treaties give a civilization from the civilization that gave it.

It's the new SWG (best MMO ever...well before the CU and NGE) where you can join guild towns and have your own shops and ships. Then there are mounts + flying mounts. Your usual leveling up in a medieval environment. There are many classes like Diplomat, Artisan, Medic and ofcourse warrior etc etc etc.
TBH it doesn't look like much at the moment.
I am totally in love with Mass Effect. But I don't want to touch an Xbox 360 as I am one of those people who feel the PS3 is far superior and with good reason. However do any of you know if it might eventually find its way to PC???
Just as I thought, thanks for the confirmation guys.
What happens if you put the manufacturing capital building on an industry bonus tile instead of a factory. Does this give you a lot more social build points or is it a waste of the tile???
Medium galaxy occasional: habitable planets, asteroids, anomalies, stars Normal tech speed 8 minor races 9 other main races blind exploration off mega events on super abilities on all victory conditions on
This is on the DA 1.6 beta BTW
I don't know if this is meant to happen or what. But when I started playing dark avatar on the custom mode (this never happened when playing dreadlords) almost all the starting space miner, colony and flag ships for all the major races start in the same corner of the map. Then 2 races have their starting ships randomly next to a planet somewhere else. I'm not sure what i'm doing wrong because I have gotten the starting ships to be next to their starting planet before a few times.
