I watch CNN, ABC, my local news, and my town newspaper. Although anymore I rarely watch national news. All national news is most of the time is just so you can say to your friends "did you hear about...?". And it basically never affects the average person.

I love the cleanness and exoticness of your ships Bingjack. Those have to be the most beautiful ships ever made for GalCiv2. My insignificant human eyes are not worthy of looking at those ships.

Nope, enhanced combat wouldn't be good enough for me. It's either tactical combat or I never play a GC game again.

I used to be absolutly hooked on GC2. But then I started to think. "What's the point of even having combat if all your doing is rolling a dice and watching your own ships float around like... well I just don't know". GC2 could have, at the very least, have the battles look 1/10 way decent.

Well, it would be hard for the game to name ships, since even the largest ships are VERY expendable in this game. I don't think they would have had the Arizona memorial if the a battleship was as expendable as a fighter.

That's why they call them pirates. Actually, military might should be a partial deterrent to pirates but not totally because they use hit and run tactics. Who's to say that the pirate's might not use the ships you give them to attack you? Turnabout is fair play. Well if the pirates were done better, i'd think that they should make it so they wouldn't if your powerfull enough. It seems dumb that pirates would attack an organized, advanced, and larger navy.

I never watched it, I don't watch Sci Fi shows, I don't have the time, when i'm not on my computer or Xbox 360, i'm watching Comedy Central, TBS, CNN, and the History Chanel. And I barely get time to watch those.

There is nothing wrong with that, usually games are much more interesting when the enemy has more planets, ships, ect.
