Thanks ya'll for the help. I wasn't understanding that you only steal techs if you are behind the others which is kinda misleading. I haven't fallen behind them yet so I reckon thats why I haven't stolen anything! But I have learnt how to specialize my planets and the importantance of reseaching up to stock markets. Zeph
I ran all the way through to adv. espionage once and then it told me that there was no reason to keep spending money since I had reached the top. Are you telling me that you start stealing after you reach advanced? How do you know that you have stolen a tech?
I keep hearing everyone talk about stealing techs or stealing buildings. Is this right? If so, how do you go about it? Also, does anyone know how to get your personal mp3s to play in game? I read somewhere that you just drop them into the "music" dir and that they would automatically be added, tried that(in both game dir and "user dir", didn't work. Any help there? Thanks, Zephyr

That's one of the best features of GalCiv, is that you have so many different choices, or ways to win that your not stuck with you MUST build up your base, you MUST make all the money you can because you MUST build all the weapons to kill everyone. I need some help. Is there a way that I can design a ship, let's say I decide to design a new and improved scout ship, how do I save that ship for use in each and every game that I start? Is there a way that I can add my ship designs to the "core" ship section? TIA, Zephyr
