Installs, but won't play in Bug Reports GalCiv2 Forums

Bought game Installed game Hit Play and received this message Unable to load scripting libraries. Please install using setup.exe and play the game from the Start menu. (probable reason: Windows script 5.6 is improperly installed. Search for download "windows script" for reinstaller.) Reinstalled game using setup.exe Tried to play game from the Start menu and received the same message as above. Searched for "windows script" and found nothing.
