It used to be there. I just noticed it was gone too in my last Yor game. I assume it will be back in an update soon.

Stealing techs was fairly common for me before the last update, and they seemed to always occur with civs I had spies planted in. I've played 3 or 4 games since the last update, with the same amount of spies used, and have not stolen one tech yet. Not sure if it's a random thing, or if something changed.

And what are your planet and star settings? Higher than occasional? Oh yeah, much higher. I usually play with common/common.

I play on Large maps, with six opponents, and see them every time. I'm playing my second game on the 1.3a beta, and had two on the first game (one showed up late) and have two from the beginning on my present game. The Akillians next to my homeworld are acting stupider than usual though. They built an entire fleet of freighters and constructors, but never launched any. So they are just sitting there with a full starport. Might be time to replace them with a more intelligent race (me).

Played one short game under the new beta. No big probs. I am playing a larger game now, and midway, while trying to create new ships, weapons completely disapear. I can't put any weapons on my new ships. Makes it kind of tough to fight. The weapons tab is empty, even though I know quite a few of them.

The memory leak thing really has me bummed. Strange though... I played a full game and another 1/2 game with no problems under this beta, no all of the sudden the memory leak has shown up and the game is unplayable.

How do you break an alliance with a minor race? I allied with one for an excuse to go beat up the Drath, and now I want to break it. I don't see a button for it like on the major civs. Edit: Sorry, just saw that someone else also posted this question. I would still like to know if there is a way though.
