I have no interest in a MP version. But here's my suggestion for an expansion, though it's nothing Earth-shattering (heh heh): A series of campaigns. Each campaign differs in the starting conditions, and the goals vary. This avoids the problem of always starting over from scratch each time. Easy scenarios would start players out on equal footing (galaxy evenly divided), and difficult ones would be of the Rebel Alliance vs. Evil Empire type, where a ragtag fleet take on the massively superior yad
