Hi, I recently purchased one at Walmart. I could not get it to load up at first. Went to site, downloaded to upgrade to version 1.11 or whatnot ... and tried to make sure it was running on 32 bits and not 8 bits. So, then it read my serial number on the back of the CD case, I guess. So now I can get further and set up a new game, it will not let me start a new game or a new "campaign".
