I had exactly the same problem on my desktop: PIII 800 32Mb Geforce 2 Open up, start, BSOD..!! Most annoying. Tried to install new drivers, "No compatible hardware". Tried to install *old* drivers, "No compatible hardware". Stuck in a 128Mb Geforce 5200, new drivers, all fine. You may be fighting a losing battle here...
