I would like to see if it was possible to put ships in the land battles, although you are probably right, it would prolly be garbled up. Interesting idea though.

Yet another good idea! I hadn't thought of that, but now that you mention it, it makes good sense. And perhaps it could be optional, so that people who didn't wanna have to give their ships orders and just wanted to sit back and watch the battle wouldn't complain.

@ Anglewyrm I understand what you mean, but what i'm saying is this: turrets on a battleship are controlled by people. People do not always aim at the same thing, especially when being swarmed by a squadron of fighters. Sure, when a Battleships is fighting another battleship, they quite often shoot at each other and ignore the other tagrets. But what if it's 1 Battleship V. 20 Snipers which have very little armor and can hardly withstand the battleships firepower, but that outnumber

O.k. it works now. Thanks for your replies! Apparently something was wrong with my browser. Sorry.

I agree with you partially. I don't particularly caare for the way that I have no control over which ships attack which. However, I don't really mind the way it fights the battles for me. What I would like to see is this: ]As the battle begins, the game pauses. A screen with all of your ships in the battle comes up. You select one ship, aan entire class of ships (i.e. all the dreadnoughts), or all of a single ship size (i.e. all the larges). Once selected, you give the ship

Thank you for the replies. I agree, they do look a little like fish, rather than actually engaging each other. Hopefully in the future the AI for the ships (or whatever controls them in fleet battles) will be improved so that they attack each other full-on broadside. I also hope that eventually, it will become possible to make multiple weapons = attacks on multiple sips, with the exception of tiny and heavy fighters (they should only be able to attack one target.) <br

I was just wondering if it was possible to make ships attack multiple ships at one time in a fleet battle depending on how many guns'beam turrets/missiles you have on it. It would make battles much more quick paced IMHO. Thanks.

Thank you! I posted this because I loved your original mod, and was extremely irritated that I couldnt get the update. Although it is strange that the thread links work for you and not me....... I'll have to check back there. TY.

I went to the library today and was looking through it when I noticed Kryo's Hull Mod had an update. I tried to DL it but the link was broken and a good number of people had posted about it there, but apparently got no reaction. Next I went to Kryo's post (RELEASE: Kryo's Hull System [or something similar]) but that was broken too!!! Could someone PLZ fix these problems?

Hello everyone. I'm new to the forums here (even though I've posted in forums elsewhere) and I'm also relatively new to the GalCiv II univerese. What I was think was would it be possible to maybe make a sticky post or one that stay at the top of the forums permanently so that anyone could find it. That post would be used for posting screenshots of custom ship, planets, and anything that has a visual mod for it. If the mod/ship/planet was completed, then the person would put a link
