I have researched modules for starbases but how do I install them on the starbases so I can use them? I can't upgrade because the options are dimmed and can't be used. I can upgrade the ships OK, but not the starbases. I just bought the game a few days ago and intend to go through this forum to learn more, but for now I would like to just play.
