I am totally disappointed in GC II because I can't play it due to your decision NOT to have copy protection. I bought my copy at the Yokosuka, Japan Navy Exchange over a week ago, but when I opened it there was no serial number inside to be found anywhere. Not on the back of the jewel case, not on either one of the disks and not in the instruction manual. I've contacted customer service and they told me to establish a Stardock account ( I did) and type in a specific word from the game manual

My jewel case is entirely clear and I didn't see anything fall out when I opened it up? Where is my serial number? I've typed in everything on my box and nothing matches as a serial number?
