Error activating product in Galactic Civilizations II GalCiv2 Forums

Hello I just purchased the game today and downloaded it. My son also downloaded a completely differnet game and said yes to adding direct x somethjing or another. It screwed my drivers, so I reformatted computer. I re-doanloaded the game and did the game update. Now, when I want to play it asks me to activate product and I do so with email and serial # from the CD case. This is what comes up: Error activating the product PLEASE HELP. JT1cc
