Ability bonuses in Modding GalCiv2 Forums

I was starting to modify/rebalance the default races some when i realized that i had to change the ability bonuses to cover some reces abilitys. No problem there and i got all to work but then i was thinking that some races might have flaws. An axample might be a race that are extravagant so they should have a penalty in Economics. Now to my problem: I can without a problem make the extra entry for the extravagant perk and give it a negative bonus and cost. The cost part work
