The idea of Stardock releasing something from the MoO series... omg, I could just drool.

I checked my registration info and it looks okay. It does list the GC games I bought except for my first GC2 game, but that was a different account so I wouldn't expect it to show... the update downloaded fine, I tried it and it seems okay. Thanks for the reply though :) Just seemed a leftover just like you said. No worries... ... now back to taking over the galaxy for me muhahahaa :D
Hello, I just used Impulse to update DA, but it still shows the original GC2 as needing update. I also got a message telling me Impulse couldn't set up the download service due to my turning off most Windows services (Auto update etc) for performance purposes but it still allowed me to download a 2.7mb update for DA. It also told me my registration for the base GC2 had run out (??) but didn't say anything to that effect for DA. It still shows the base GC2 as needing
LOL haha..nice
I'm working on a custom mod of my own design. Very slow, modified tech, heavily modified logistics system, expanded tech tree... reworked and rewrote all the tech descriptions to fit the 'theme' I have in mind. It's not based on any show though, it's actually from notes left over from an old project of mine, so I even have a backstory to work from. Not sure how I'm going to implement that in game though.. still brainstorming. After creating a few test versions to try ideas out I fleshed out
So.. just to make sure I'm understanding... The ship jewelry vanishing bug will dissappear if I start a new game now? I've been trying on and off to play for about two weeks and this has frustrated me to the point I don't play anymore.. I spent an obscene amount of time designing ships (was going to submit them to the library too...) and now when I try to upgrade one of my base custom types everything dissappears on it except maybe some modules (construction for example).
Oh yes... if you're holding back on the beta because you're worried about bugs, it's definitely without question a huge improvement over 1.11, just d/l it and you won't regret it.. you just might end up excited like the rest of us here
Wow, stayed up all night myself.. saw my roommate off to work and a little while later actually felt tired enough to sleep... so many improvements, and yes I noticed the AI too! Great job, thank you!! *goes back to plotting in his Evil Lair(tm)*
Gigantic galaxy, abundant almost everything except I think I turned own habitable planets and anomalies down a notch, turned tech victory off, very slow tech (wish there were a lower setting than this for the gigantic maps though) The turns are getting longer but I don't care... with a map this size life support and sensor range actually mean something...
33 here....
Thanks, especially that tactical mode option. I did see it but thought it had something to do with the combat viewer.
Hello... first I'd like to say I'm really enjoying this game! I'm a programmer myself.. years ago I tried to create a game like this myself so I have some insight on how tough it is to balance the gameplay in this kind of game. I'd been exploring the forums and started noticing some things myself as I played, and thought if any of the notes I was making were useful to the devs it would be worth the effort. ---------------------------------------------------------------
Yes... I'd suggest some patience, the website is NOT crap...
Gah... no wonder I couldn't find it. Thanks!
Hello, Where are the files for the ships we create in the Shipyard found? Any help appreciated, Nomad
I've just bought the game myself, and have been playing on Slow. I haven't played on Normal yet actually.
