I can win about a 1/3 the time on suicidal if i micromanage on a turn to turn basis but its to much of a challenge to be fun, also winning is alot easier if you use exploits

it really just depends on your playing style thats whats so great about this game, you dont have to do one thing

i think what happens is you get randomly placed on the map. Then one of the aliens is placed etc. This means you have a higher chance of getting a bad starting place as all the starting points are available.

yea you used a few exploits but then on suicidal its still a win no matter what you do

Hey i actually managed to get through what everyone hated about the game and actually ehjoy it, then it took to long to finish of because all the bug and stuff meant the game got so bogged down it went at a snails pace.

have you got the latest version of the game it dramatically improves the AI oh and if you have version 1, are the rumours true is it a board game?

theres a bug where the intelligence lvl of individual AI's resets to cake walk (i think) if it is this just double check or reload

its constrained when versing the DL if they were better than dumb they would be invincible

I think they would all be great (duh) I especially want tactical combat but they would have to put in an 'auto resolve' so you dont have to fight every battle also ppl have said that it would just be point and click. Not true Rome Total War has and advanced combat system although the ai wasnt that great until harder lvls it was still pretty good at fighting. There are people who say it will be to easy to exploit but when you think about eventually a human will always figure out how to exploit th

your at the max of your pop growth if you can reach that and mantain it throughout game you dont need pop growth bonus but otherwise its handy
