Retail Version of the game and I try to install it and I only get an error after it tries to install of Corrupt Installization File. I've restarted and re-tried and still thje same. I have sent 2 emails to the support address. I am wondering if anyone monitors this at all associated with the game or if anyone knows about this issue

I bought a retail version of the game and it will not install. The error I get is an I/O error occurs. It says it is from corrupt media of bad files. Is this a know print error or do I have a bad disk
