Nope, the AI is not scripted so it's not possible to mod the AI. So be it - I think it would be sweet if the AI's had a state file that they could update so that they, over time, adapted to my play style. Obviously you could imagine to share the state files using MetaVerse as well in order to make the AI better than all of us. Oh wel

Well, there are some interesting trades, In the demo I have traded Peace against the last planet of the Arceans. I have to admit that it surprised me no end that they accepted that trade.
There is actually no limit, the question is what good it does. Using a planetary bonus of 5000% Mars becomes a nice class 162 planet, but there are still no more than 4 habitable squares.
