Seperate tabs for millitary improvments and social improvment When I send 5 or 6 constructors to an Influence Star Base it is very annoying to have to scroll down past All the military upgrades to get to the two social upgrades on the bottom of the list 2. An option to disable the windows that a.) ask me am I sure for upgrad
