Wheres the red "easy" button @?? in Modding GalCiv2 Forums

I D/L the klingon ships. (man do they look sweet !!) Put em in "mydocs\mygames\galciv2\ships" folder. CANT see em, cant build em, cant find em! What in the heck gives? Something I gotta edit? Wrong locale? Not holding my mouth right? Thanks for any help in advance.
