This is a minor suggestion, and it be pretty easy to insert a bunch of \n's when displaying strings. When I go to the Relations window, and check out another race's techs through the espionage report, I get a HUGE list which is pretty difficult to read. If I'm looking for a specific technology that race has, I'm forced to wade through several lines of text. If at all possible, I'd love to see the technologies listed one-per-line (or even organized in an outline-style format).

Fixed! Logged off all users, shut down computer. Started computer back up. Everything worked fine.

Steps to repro: * Start GalCiv2, click on New Game button. * Select various options (I've tried with a few, 2-3 opponenets, tiny/small galaxy, etc). * Continue clicking Next until the Loading screen appears. * Loading screen persists for a minute or two before crash.
