bummed

i dont comprehend how to beat this difficulty

I dont understand how to win in masochistic... i can never compete in a fleet while staying with technology... it seems virtually impossible they always have better everything then me and i dont understand how to compete with it... could someone who can beat it help me out.

I think this would make soo much more sense to have 2 sets of votes occuring then one because in my games majority of the people want a tax to happen but they are divided, also because of this ive never had a taxed voted in.

When you vote for taxes on the U.P. there is almost always voted no tax mainly because people voting on the tax vote on 3 bc 5 bc and 9 bc and the no tax people win because the people voting for tax are divided on how big the tax should be. wouldnt it make more sense to have 2 sets of votes for this 1st vote whether or not there should be a tax and then a second vote how high the tax should be if the tax was voted to happen.

question.. are beating computers on suicidal??? i mean at that level they get like extreme bonuses and stuff and im assuming its hard.. ive been working my way up and im at the masochistic but have you beaten suicidal easily?

no one have any ideas about this???

1) i think you should be able to choose targets but that might too hard 2)I completely agree because the defense that you have on the ship would have to cover the entire thing so that a medium sized ship has a bigger system then a small and damagae would be distributed differently 3) I dont know if exponential rowth but definetly agree that lower class ships can beat a bigger one... i mean this just simply shouldnt happen its like if you were a guy with a machine gun vs 5 w

When playing the game i normally align myself with neutral because i love the extra spots that become available to you without trading for soil enhancement or habitat whatever... but i find it really annoying when i am going through the list of people looking for people with techs over me and i see soil enhancement and habitat improvemnet or w/e because you obviously dont need those techs.... now i know that habitat gives you the ability for some type of trade good.... but this is extremely anno

When i post on here how come my rating doesnt show up like other peoples do?? im referring to like 5 game winner and lieutenant and stuff like that.

OK i just retested and the same results happened and i didnt research anything the first turn but it was back on track the second time... this is a metaverse game incase it matters if it was under play game or regular

I was playing the game and as usual had to save the game and leave./ but when i came back i chose my technology that i would be researching and i pressed turn and the technology didnt change. the time remaining remained the same. Im not exactly sure if i just didnt press turn or not but it has appeared this way several times. this only happenens on the first turn from loading a saved game. then the game acts normal.

I agree with the person above, and that the civs should be alerted and then maybe they should threaten you. LIke if you continue your path we will be forced to attack, and then if changed there should be more points for a technological victory.

Is there any reason why when you arrange your technologies in a certain way, they un sort themselves after you get done reasearching a new tech. this is rather anoying as i like looking at my techs by category and they keep switching back after each time i reasearch it.
