I'd like to see the auto-save feature revamped -- currently it writes a brand new file for every auto-save and that just sucks Other than that, I'm for pretty much all the previous suggestions

I'll give this a go too since I've had no reply from support about an identical problem. I'm living in the UK and have entered the serial number from the CD -- it doesn't appear on/in the manual or on the packaging -- and get a similar problem: Invalid Serial No. I haven't even managed to get the updates as yet
I have a similar problem - purchased the game today and entered the serial (which is not in the manual or on the jewel-case but rather printed on disc 2) only to find that the download centre doesn't recognise it. At all. And yes, I have checked very carefully that the 28-digit number is correct, and I have used both caps and lower-case, AND I have substituted "O" for "0" just in case -- none of which seems to work. I can't even get the bet
