Bug: Galactic Guide Book isn't reducing survey modules to 0. Nitpick: upgrading a ship, shouldn't that modify a current design instead of dumping everything except the ship frame? Seems to punish anyone who likes to upgrade the latest shields only to find that they're replacing everything...makes the game a bit more time consuming than it should be.
