I try everyday since i got the game which was a few days a go, to see if i can create a character and still it comes with 'invalid serial number, or the serial number hasn't been activated'. i would really like to play online but i cant because i have to create a character which when i try it dosn't let me. What can i do? .

Also i got the same problem that during gameplay the cinematic will freeze and the audio goes on.

I have a problem of not beening able to create a character. The message I got is "invalid serial number, or the serial hasn't been activated".
