Set up a donation button. Anyone who wants multiplayer can pay/donate a little in advance to cover the development costs. Even anyone who dont want to play multiplayer can chip in just to get the vocal masses to be quiet After a while, when there's like enough money to work one full month of development, or whatever how long it will take, development can start, and donations will keep coming in. A few tidbits, before i go to sleep. The general UI needs a major overhaul. The way it keeps pestering you for things like starbase upgradal, the way it deselects whatever you just built so if you want to bild ten factories you have to click tewnty times instead of selecting the improvement and clicking "Build" 10 times. This works sporadically, and more often than not with economic centers, but for me, who mainly uses specialized planets, its a pain in the metaphorical butt. Popups tha
