Yes you right I should not but i was trying to conquer them by influence and their planet wasn't converting. I would have like to know how much IP they had. I also think it was'nt converting because it was their home world.

Exactly as Wareagle said when I start the game. I would like just to press continue button to start back where the last time I was playing. Maybe it could be done by saving automaticly que game while you leave and you have to press continue to go back exactly where you were. p.s. sorry for the english it my second language
