Considering that many europeans don't use Credit Cards that often I was wondering (probably in vain) if SD would be willing to add a Direct Debit Card option to their buying schemes for Dark Avatar. I think you may need to use the HTML tag for it to work in these forums, some forums don't do the forum tags.... the forums here are kinda strange

well that all seems to work, but I still get blue lines under whatever I type. Luckily they don't show up on the forum, but it still makes it hard to read what I'm typing. (only in Firefox, not in IE) Also I can't see either the Font or Font size. The "Add Your Comment" box is also completely white (which is the least of my problems)

This entire posting is weird, I get some strange blue line under whatever I write, I can't see the font or the font size. And to top it all off, everything is white. I sincerely hope they get it fixed soon.

well I think I'll help out some people in need.... I doubt if you'll ever beat the hijackers.... but maybe if we decide to hijack this post too..

hmmm... it'd be nice if these forums were a bit more civil... And yes, after a major update, (and trust me 1.1 and 1.2 are MAJOR updates) it will almost always require a reboot. I've had the same problem of buttons missing, though rebooting every so often does fix it, and it also helps with keeping your computer nice and fast....

Good idea Conquest, we seem to get the same questions asked over and over again in these forums... it would be nice to have a FAQ somewhere

well to start off with just take a small hull, plop 1 or 2 offensive weapons on there, some engines and a defensive weapon.... just experiment a bit, and you'll get the hang of it quickly enough...

But 1.2 is of particular significance because it has a LOT more content than what an update normally would have you mean the usual run of the mill, any software company, style update, or a "LOT more" than what a normal Stardock update would have <br/

I don't use cheats myself in this game (plenty of difficulty choices) though it's personal preference for most people, if they want to cheat, let them, it doesn't bother me that others cheat, as long as it can't be posted on metaverse as a normal game. Then again I haven't posted anything to metaverse

I would definitely like to have the hull mod included, at least the single hardpoint hull, not sure about all existing hulls as jewelry though, but it would be a nice option to have!

bump... since I like what he's saying... and the RPG game is pretty good to avenge your worst enemies... or play practical jokes on your friends... Also there's a forum for almost everything... including GalCiv 2 obviously. Come and have a look, we're sure you'll find something you like

I don't think you can delete old posts... the ships you can delete from the shipyard... you can also make them obsolete there...
