I have researched all the various technologies needed to get the Star Raider. Large Scale Building, Mass Drivers, and Titanium Armor. No Star Raider. I researched some minituarization techs ... No Star Raider. I visited the GalCiv2 Wiki ... No Star Raider. Does this ship just not exist?

I have seen a couple of events where the good choice allows you to save population, at the expense of either a few credits or missing out on a several hundred credit windfall. I think those are the meteor shower and plague events. Anyway, leaving the events with an undiminished population could certainly be considered "bonuses to good choices". I have recently experienced a bug were a ship set on auto-explore attempts to attack a neighbor who I am at peace with. I get the "Are you sure?" box, and no matter how many times I click "no", the box keeps popping up. However, it will let me click "yes" and start the war, proceeding normally from there. This has happened in 3 different games so far. Does any1 know how to fix this? I suspect I may just have to stop using autoexplore with armed ships.
I just lost a game that I had all but wrapped up due to lame AI surrendering. I was the Korx and faced the Drengin, Terrans, and Arceans.
