ok, my parents don't give me permission for online payment and i saw something with that tokens on stardock central, registring my GC II game i bought in a store didn't gave me eny token, so how do you get them?

I had to search a lot to find gal civ 2 in the stores, because i can't buy it on the internet (don't have permission of my parents to use that cind of payment) i realy love the game, altough i cant play mutch, but i would realy like to buy the expansion pack!!! (I live in belgium)
I realy dont know what empire to join, just can't pick one... if you start an empire, and let me know of it, Ill join your's first, and see if it's good enough to stay...
