Ship Building in Galactic Civilizations II GalCiv2 Forums

Im new and I am having these issues all related to ship building... Is there any way to see a list of possible ships to build before I can build them, so I know what technologies to research? Is there any way to access all of my custom ship designs in one place, even though I may not be able to build them yet? A problem I have is I can build defender ships but like nothing else for a long time because I don't know what
