I have a euro copy of galatic civ 2, so when i try to atain the serial number to download the latest patch, i enter my e-mail adress and serial number of my copy but i recieve the message: * Sorry, the serial number you have entered has already been claimed by a different email address. I bought the game second hand and wonder if someone has a anwer to solve this problem. Thanks!
