YES !! Thank you Moosetek13 ! I had the same render bug with my new flat screen LG L1960TR. Changing HardwareMouseCursor from 0 to 1 in Prefs.ini fixed it. Thanx again. I like this forum.

I think you are talking about the number that shows how much the planet is influenced. If this number reachs value 4.0, then the planet will revolt. You have the same number between brackets in your own planets.
I played at least two games with 1.11 using large maps, maximum opponents, normal and challenging difficulty. I do have minor races (two or so). Strange...

There's a File/Archive Application in Stardock Central. This is the "official" way to backup to CDs Stardock's software. You then get a directory called "Backup" in the Stardock folder. It contains the 4 files you downloaded : GalCiv2, Movies, Tutorials, and Multimedia. Burn them on 2 CDs. I suggest you also burn Stardock Central and your serial num. on one of the 2 CDs. To reinstall the game you need Stardock Central : File / Restore.<b
