I just got the game and the first thing I've noticed playing the campaign is that anomalies disappear as soon as I scout them. It has happened during the first campaign mission, and during regular single-player games using my flagship. There are no crashes or anything, but as soon as I survey an anomaly it vanishes from the main screen and the minimap. I've even tried attaching survey modules to constructor ships. I've looked through the forums
