Can I Resize The Window? in Galactic Civilizations II GalCiv2 Forums

Hi. I like to run msn and talk to people at the same time as playing some of my games, and since GalCiv doesn't require constant attention, i was wondering if i could resize the window so it takes up like, a quarter of my screen rather than the full thing so i can have a few msn windows open at the same time.. anyone know how to do this? if I need another program to do it, i'll dl the program.
