u could really make an indepth game here even if it is only 2d, really focusing on the politics of the roman era. As the lowly senator you could have to raise money to bribe roman officials.(for example, you need to gain favor with the people in your district by improving the water supply, but to achieve this you have to bribe a couple of guys to see that you can get permission to do this--- a twist would be if maybe somebody refuses to cooperate you could hire thugs to harrass them or assasins

I love this game its excellent i bought it and Star Wars Empire at war on the same day and was expecting to play Star wars far more, i was wrong its this game which has stolen hours of my life over the past few weeks. However there are some things id like to see. I'd never heard of Galatic Civilization or Stardock before until i read a review on Gamespot, its a website i like to go to for games and the only one id buy i game due to thier recommendation alone. Anyway the games grewat and im looking forward to more updates.
