No Auto Save, Plus Turn Button Disappears. in Galactic Civilizations II GalCiv2 Forums

As the Title states, i have these issues, i have a Radeon 9550, Sound Blaster Live (which i can not get updated Drivers for), N2U400XP1800, An old Plug and Play Moniter currently running at 1024x768. Is there a solution I can get with my current Hardware configuration? Thanks, From Zyandar.
