Thanks a Bunch!

Hey Guys, I'm pretty new at this, so i tried searching the forums but wasn't able to find anything. I'm curious if its possible to setup a bunch of influence starbases by an allies planet and then flip that plent without affecting the ally status? Thanks, Chris
