I just figured out why he spammed the boards with all those messages. When I clicked the submit button for my post, it gave me NO INDICATION that the post had been submitted, and so I clicked the button again. It was at that point that I had an idea of what happened to the other guy, and stopped pressing the button. I still wound up with two posts. SeanWH

While I agree in principle with the people who ignored the guy's question and instead whined about the post spamming--you could at least try to answer his question. Ashurakain--it sounds like you aren't logged in with Administrator privileges, but rather as a standard user account. With a standard user account, many system level items--such as MS XML 4.0--cannot be installed. SeanWH
