I did see the weapon module applied, the weapons rating of my ships went from six to 8 when fleeted with an ship with weapon module. You can use them together with fleetwarp bubbles. Although I believe that defense and attack cannot be combined on the same ships.

As I just replied on another post of you, you will need civilization wide spying on an advanced level.
How do you spy? You can not get techs by sabotaching planetary improvement. You need an advanced espionage level on the civ you want to steal techs from, and theb be patient and a bit lucky, and your spies will steal techs eventually.

The is more game data now in my document than there are actual documents... Another thing I would like to see changed are the way of trading "trade goods". Now you can sell them only once to another race,a nd they'll have enough for the rest of their

I would really like to be able to name my starbases myself. Even the AI complaints my names are not creative! The practical reason is that it's very hard to remember which starbase was located where on the map with what puspose. It's very annoying when you accidently upgrade trading economy starbases with planetary production upgrades with no planet near, and even more annoying to press no, just to find which starbase it was again and send your construcor in again...
