Why I have constantly problems to update Galactic Civilizations 2 Ultimate Edition through Impulse? First it was with v2.00 or v2.02 in last Xmas, when there was major difficulties for many users to get the update, and now with v2.03 (I haven't noticed this been such major impact to other users). I don't understand why it is so hard to get downloaded even 3.5 MB patch with Impulse. That v2.00 was easier to understand because the update was huge, but now I'm stuck with less than megabyte for d
