Two things I would like to see.... I have seen the thread for moving starbases... and think that, the Idea of a jugernaught/ death-star hull class is a better idea.... Second, is there any reason that you cannot put starbases in planetary orbit. imagine the defensive possibilities.... also the could the tech trading have an option where you trade plans (with a x2 advancement) rather than the whole tech lock stock and barrel....

I guess this might be a 1.2 addition I would like to see but here goes anyway,Why can't you build Starbases in planetary orbit as a permanent defensive station....

Is there a way to make the smaller sector map scrollable when you changethe point of focus....
