Installing impossible freezing at 85% in Galactic Civilizations II GalCiv2 Forums

X-( When installing the game, the installation is doing well un til it reach 85%. Then the installation is not doing anything more. The pc is responding (i can still open other application) but the installation won't go farter. The cd rom's light is flashing, the hard-drive's light is flashing to, in the task manager it's still saying running and not responding.
