Ok, i've purchased a copy of this game, limited edition tin box, but the serial number im using in stardock keeps coming up as invalid. This is the first software ive had serious troubles with the serial number, is the serial number the 'use this serial number to dl exclusive collectors edition content' serial number on the back of the manual?

I'm having a 'your account information has expired' message or 'serial number is invalid' Purchased gc2 from play.com, registered and dl'ed stardock central?! Any help?
