Game Crashes Before Loading in Galactic Civilizations II GalCiv2 Forums

Now, I am sure that this has already been answered, but I can't seem to find a thread in which someone has the same issue: After the game has gotten set up, and starts the loading screen for a new game, my computer completely crashes, blue screen of death and all. It states that the program has some issue with the drivers, and I must shut off my computer. If anyone has a solution, I am using a Toshiba Satellite with a ATI video c
