Influence resources: I don't know, I don't think they're too over powered. On my last game gigantic/crippling, I was able to get 2 influence resources reletivly early in the game and I didn't win by influence victory. The game crashes randomly at the end/begining of a turn. The most recent game I am playing is on the largest map with 9 players I've taken over the universe by influence, but I disabled that win condition so I can play to the bitter end.
