Patch trouble! in Galactic Civilizations II GalCiv2 Forums

I downloaded the patch and tried to install it but when I do I get the error message Cannot intialise installion. File size expected 26333246. File size returned 2633245. I figure I should just redownload the patch but I'm on 56k and that takes a bit to download it.
